Skills for Middle Leaders is a professional development programme for those who are taking on the responsibility of leading an aspect of development perhaps for the first time. It introduces some of the key responsibilities and helps to develop clarity about the role of middle leader.

Target Audience


Skills for Middle Leaders is aimed at those new to an education based leadership role.

It has previously run successfully for teachers in individual schools (primary, secondary and special), school collaboratives, and centrally for associate professionals across the workforce.
