SENIOR
LEADERSHIP
TEAM
DEVELOPMENT

The Senior Leadership Team Development Programme facilitates school teams through a learning process that is personalised, supports their unique aspirations and encourages them to work together to reduce workload and increase efficiency. The aim is to increase the confidence and the impact of both individuals and of the team. This very successful programme is personalised to meet the individual needs of each senior leadership team working on its own.
TIME COMMITMENT

4 full days across 6 months with planned development tasks between each day, including a team challenge aimed at testing out new ways of working as a senior leadership team on current school issues.

  • Enquiry strategies
  • Team learning techniques
  • Specific tools to support and extend teamwork
  • Future planning
  • Shared leadership
  • Thriving on change
  • Identifying a team challenge for the SLT, evaluating its impact on the school and identifying ways that it has brought about by new thinking and different ways of working introduced during the programme
  • The development of a wide range of skills developed through the above activities
