Quality Processes
Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership holds a number of quality marks including Investors in People and International Standards Organisation awards for excellence in business processes and business systems.
We work with a number of organisations to support quality assurance process but we are firm believers in the importance of continuous quality improvement which is both quality assurance and developmental for the organisation and the individuals involved.
Examples of our work
We have worked for a number of years with an employment based initial teacher training provider to support annual review and planning, completion of self evaluation processes, improvement planning and monitoring and implementation of a range of quality processes including analysis of documentation and data collation and interpretation.
We are currently engaged in working with providers of the Early Years Professional Status across the UK. Our role is to facilitate provider support and development activities focused on addressing identified quality issues and concerns.
Our consultants have been trained and assessed by the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children´s Services as Lead Facilitators skilled in observing practice and giving quality developmental feedback.
