This programme is designed to help participants gain an understanding of personalised learning, apply this to their own practice and have an impact and influence on the practice of others.

Key aspects are:

Understanding management of change in relation to a specific aspect of learning
Understanding the significance of personalisation of learning as a concept
Knowledge about the use of language around personalisation of learning and the impact of a changing context
Knowledge and understanding of the role of the workforce in developing a personalised learning culture
Planning to address the priorities within your own context

Analysis, appraisal and synthesis of information
Verbal communication and presentation
Listening, questioning and negotiation

1.5 days + 3 workshop sessions spread over a 6 month period. Also half a day to visit a partner school/children centre and half a day to host a visit from another participant.

Personalisation of Learning is aimed at those relatively new to an education based leadership role. This programme is appropriate for teachers and associate professionals across the workforce. It can be accessed by individual schools (primary, secondary and special), school collaboratives, or by individuals attending the programme centrally.
