Carnegie Leaders in Learning, working in partnership with Manchester University (CEL) and Teesside University Business School, as The Northern Partnership, hold the contracts (since 2005) for the delivery of National College programmes across the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber. The Northern Partnership has been instrumental in raising and stabilising the quality of Leadership Provision across the NE of England.CARNEGIE LEADERS IN LEARNING AND YORKSHIRE AND HUMBER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM (Y&HPDC)
