Apply an active learning approach to our solutions

At the centre of our learning philosophy is active learning. We know that successful adult learning requires a personalised and meaningful learning journey so that worthwhile change takes place.

We adopt a blended learning approach where facilitation enables participants to access both our and their own expertise, skills and knowledge in order to arrive at creative and appropriate solutions. We place a strong emphasis on peer collaboration and on one to one and team coaching. We create opportunities for reflection and the space for clients to adopt new approaches through synthesis, analysis, self-reflection and application of new skills within the workplace.
Embed effective impact evaluation and CQI processes into everything we do

We are firm believers in the importance of agreeing what impact is required, planning for impact, and measuring and evaluating the impact of everything we do. We apply continuous quality improvement processes which incorporate both quality assurance and developmental feedback for the organisation and the individuals involved.
