responsible for leading an integrated team.
Increasingly in children’s workforce members of the workforce are being required to work in cross professional groups. This programme seeks to support leaders in establishing ways of working in an integrated way with their team, supporting their learning and development and most importantly making a difference for the children and young people they work with. The programme introduces participants to some key concepts in leadership; through a diagnostic based on a leadership competency framework the programme provides participants with a clearer understanding of themselves as a leader and the impact they can have on the way their team works together.
