Carnegie Leaders design, deliver, evaluate and improve a range of leadership development opportunities.

Our concept of a leader is purposefully inclusive. Most professionals early in their career lead in various operational contexts, later leading at an organisational level with involvement in developing strategy and creating an organisation’s culture. Great leaders demonstrate at their core a profound self-awareness that is used to shape their organisation’s culture and future. Carnegie Leaders’ aim to develop this mindfulness through carefully designed processes that support, challenge and engage an individual at their motivational and values based levels.

The concept of Work Based Learning underpins the programmes that Carnegie Leaders designs and delivers. Each of our programmes blends a range of different approaches to support including: facilitation, coaching, mentoring, reflective practice, action learning, networking and communities of practice.

We can design and deliver bespoke programmes which meet the learning and development needs of the individual organisation and impact on its future success.

Additionally we have a portfolio of Carnegie Leaders programmes which form part of a leadership development framework which starts with “First steps in leadership” for those new to or aspiring to leadership, through to “extending leadership” for those experienced leaders who wish to perform at a higher level.
