Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership is the Regional Provider of Assessment across the North of England (North East, North West and Yorkshire and Humber regions). We work in partnership with Northumbria University in the North East and with Leeds Trinity University College and the South Yorkshire Teaching Assistant Consortium (Sheffield Hallam University, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Local Authorities) in Yorkshire and Humber

Our role is to organise HLTA assessments and moderations across the three regions.
We work with the Training and Development Agency, Local Authorities and Providers of Preparation for Assessment to ensure that high standards are maintained and potential candidates are supported to achieve the status.
