Programme Content

Coaching is a method of developing staff at all levels of an organisation that has proven benefits both outside and within education. It is a highly effective method of improving the performance of staff as teachers, managers and leaders. It often plays an important role in distributing leadership across the school. Coaching is also an integral part of most National College Leadership programmes.

Many staff in educational settings benefit from a programme to develop coaching attributes so that they can use them in their everyday interactions with colleagues. This encourages more collaborative working and helps leaders become more effective when working with and through others.
