Action Impact
Action Impact is a tailored programme that enables impact to be measured throughout an organisation. Through this change programme organisations can achieve the 'Action Impact Standard' and participants [key team members can participate along with stakeholders] will have the opportunity to achieve the ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership.
Action Impact consists of a package of training and resources, along with dedicated consultancy, designed specifically to support organisations to;
- integrate the meaningful engagement of key stakeholders into decision making to inform impact.
- enable the development of a framework that describes its impact.
- develop a robust evidence base for impact aligned to strategy.
- create an operational plan to ensure impact is embedded throughout.
The package is sold under a licence and contains 4 modules, which cover the topics:
- Your current impact and reviewing models for impact
- Choosing an impact model
- Finding the evidence for impact
- Planning for and sustaining impact
The modules can be purchased as a complete package, or as individual modules – however only upon the satisfactory completion of all modules and accompanying implementation of the theory can the standard be issued and the ILM Award accessed. Organisations who purchase the full package will be 'licensed' and trained to deliver the programme to other organisations within their area.
Carnegie Leaders in Learning and Participation Works are working together to deliver this innovative programme. Using partnership expertise we will work with organisations to have a bigger and lasting impact for children and young people.
