Facilitation
Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership consultants are skilled facilitators of learning. Carnegie Leaders has a strong history of engagement with the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services and our consultants have been trained, assessed and successfully quality assured by the college over a long period of time.
We believe that to be deep and meaningful, learning has to be self directed and applied in practice. Our focus is on supporting individuals to reflect on their practice, consider new ideas and build understanding of alternative ways of working.Our experience of facilitating learning ranges across a variety of programmes, provision and clientele.
Examples of our work
We work with an employment based initial teacher training provider facilitating learning activities with trainee teachers and their school based mentors.
We have considerable expertise in facilitating leadership development activities, many within education but also increasingly across different sectors of the children’s workforce.
