Extending Leadership Provision has two main objectives. It is designed to enable organisations to improve and extend leadership within their own workplace. It will also support and challenge successful, experienced leaders to step outside their comfort zone and broaden their horizons to support leadership more widely. It has been developed for experienced organisational leaders who want to support and challenge other leaders both within and beyond their own establishments.
