Enhancing Middle Leadership
Overview
Enhancing Middle Leadership is a master's level programme for aspiring, new and established middle leaders in Education settings which offers 20 credits from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Target Audience
Including but not limited to Middle Leaders/aspirant Middle Leaders within schools. The programme is also equally relevant for Higher Level Teaching Assistants and School Business Managers, as well as those working outside schools.

Accreditation
As part of the Masters in Teaching and Learning Programme through Leeds Metropolitan University, Carnegie Leaders in Learning can offer a 20 credit module Leading, Managing and Collaboration.
On completion of the programme participants will write a reflective piece about the leadership development undertaken (20 credits).
