EARLY HEADSHIP
PROVISION
Early Headship Provision (EHP) is a National College personalised programme aimed at meeting the needs of new headteachers and supporting their needs through their first headship. It covers a critical phase in a school leader's development and has evolved as a result of the National College's growing knowledge of the types of leadership learning that work for those undertaking this change in their professional lives.
EHP is currently under revision by the National College
EHP is flexible and consists of optional group workshops, one-to-one coaching, or activities with your Local Authority or other groups.
