Education professionals are often ill-prepared for the role of a coach, and it can be difficult for schools who wish to extend coaching to train and develop coaches without outside support. The purpose of this programme therefore is to help schools and children’s services to develop a core team of staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to coach other staff.

1.5 days + 4 workshop sessions spread over 6, 9 or 12 months. Additional commitments from the school/children’s service to ensure participants have the time and opportunity to coach within their organisation
