Coaching is a method of developing staff at all levels of an organisation that has proven benefits. Coaching aims to enable people to see what they are doing more clearly and discover their own ways to improve. It is a highly effective method of improving the performance of staff, managers and leaders. The Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership has a strong coaching culture within the organisation. In addition coaching is an element of many of the programmes we run on behalf of the Training and Development Agency, the Children’s Workforce Development Council and the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services.
Because the development and practice of coaching skills has such a powerful impact, we have invested time and effort to create a workforce that draws upon coaching to support problem solving, the development of confidence, taking responsibility and exploring options for improvement. Coaching creates a workforce who can deal with change and catalyse action. Our team of expert coaches are accredited and can work with you to help you create a productive and positive future for yourself or your organisation.
