Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership has an excellent record and strong reputation working with organisations and sectors in change. Our team of highly competent consultants, facilitators, and coaches are equipped to help our clients to: understand changing requirements; plan effective change; and enable individuals and teams to anticipate the risks and make the most of the opportunities, presented by change.
Examples of our work
We have worked closely over time, with several Health Care Trusts in England and Northern Ireland to support the implementation of politically and financially driven structural and cultural change.
Working as the Training and Development Agency (TDA) Regional Centre we have delivered all aspects of the school workforce remodelling agenda in the Yorkshire and Humber region, with our performance consistently rated ‘outstanding’ by the TDA.
Our accredited consultants, facilitators and coaches support a range of National Programmes in the Education Sector working with Government Agencies, Local Authorities and schools.
