The Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership has over many years (under the guidance of our Chartered Psychologist) invested significant resources to develop high quality assessment tools, methodologies and processes. Our capabilities include: standards based assessment centre design and management; individual development needs assessment; competency based assessment and selection process design and management; assessor training; administration and interpretation of ability and personality based psychometrics; internal and external moderation of assessment; and quality assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of assessment and moderation processes.
We have worked with the Training and Development Agency (TDA) in the Pilot and Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status. Our contracts have included: training of Senior Assessors nationally; provision of Regional implementation support consultants; Quality Assurance of candidate preparation, delivery and CQI of standards based Assessment and Moderation.
Working with two HEI partner organisations we deliver on behalf of the National College, the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), across the North of England including assessment and moderation against the National Standards for Headteachers.
We are contracted by the Children’s Workforce Council (CWDC) to understand the quality issues, plan and facilitate delivery of CQI within the Early Years Professional Status training, assessment and moderation processes - working with 36 Providers across England.
